A rural farmhouse in Victoria, Australia has been transformed by its owners Kerrie Nelson, owner of Gypsy River- an online fashion store- and her husband Pete Bourke, into a bohemian haven.

Natural materials meet minimalist design to strike a serene and delicate balance between architecture and nature. Complementing the home’s minimalist aesthetic are subtle lighting fixtures and modern furniture that perfectly pair with the interior’s neutral and naturalistic palette. Inside the home is defined by a convergence of earthen tones emphasized by a recurrent motif of wood and stone features. In effect, throughout the residence, smoothed stone steps and a subtle stone fireplace overlook walls of wide wooden paneling and archways with rich wooden detailing.
