• 2 pounds Ground hamburger
• 2 cup Pork skins, finely squashed
• 1 Egg
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2 teaspoons Onion powder
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
• 8 ounces American Cheese

Enormous Mac Sauce:

• 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoon Dill pickle relish
• 1 tablespoon Yellow mustard
• ½ teaspoon White wine vinegar
• 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions:

1. Preheat broiler to 350 degrees F.
